SPR – Single Separator:
SPR model hydrocyclones are static type separators that remove solids from liquids through a centrifugal effect. The incoming dirty fluid gains a circular motion as it passes between the fixed helical blades inside the body. The resulting centrifugal force causes solid particles in the liquid to be thrown outward. These separated particles are discharged from the bottom of the separator.
These models can be used individually or in battery configurations.
Multi Separator:
Designed for high flow rates, multiple SPR model separators are installed in the same body. This allows achieving flow rates of around 3000 m³/h with a single unit.
